  1. What methods do you use to get the maximum effort from those who report to you?

 

  1. What management situation is personally most difficult for you?

 

  1. Even a successful operation has room for improvement. In what areas would you want the employees under you to improve in the next six months? What can you do as a manager to facilitate that improvement?

 

  1. Do you make any special service efforts that might distinguish your performance from other managers? If yes, can you tell me about this? If no, What role does customer/member service play in your managerial efforts.
